Our core curriculum exceeds the requirements for individuals to work in
security in Illinois. It consists of lectures, workbooks, PowerPoint
presentation and videos. Our 20 Hour Unarmed Security Training Class
covers:
Included in the course are course materials that will be used during the class
and we will assist participants, who request it, in applying for the required
Illinois PERC. Upon successful completion of the course all participants will
be issued a 20 Hour Training Certificate along with a Certificate of
Completion.
We also provide job placement assistance to help newly trained officers
locate and apply for security jobs. As part of the class we do touch on
interviewing skills, filling out applications, resumes and different
opportunities in the security field.
